今天是30/04/2020 星期四,是我人生第一次寫blog,但對寫blog我是無從入手,還要花點時間去探索,現在發現自己似乎對電腦毫無認識,可能跟社會脫節太久了!
今天天氣有點冷,灰灰的雲層,樹木的搖擺,也有鳥兒的歌聲,所以我做了榛子醬多士還加了士多啤梨做午餐,感覺有點春意綿綿🌸
材料:
- 白方包 4 塊
- 雞蛋 3 隻
- 牛奶少許
- 糖漿
- Nutella 榛子醬 (可改用花生醬,果醬)
- 士多啤梨
做法:
- 將所有方包四邊皮切掉,雞蛋和牛奶拌勻。
- 把榛子醬塗上一塊方包,然後將另一塊方包放在上面。
- 將 (2)一份塗上榛子醬方包沾上蛋液,然後放入一鍋預熱的油炸至金黃色起鍋,灑上糖漿和士多啤梨。
Egg Toast with Nutella
Ingredients:
4 Slices of White Bread
3 Eggs
1tbsp Milk
Syrup
Nutella
Strawberries
Direction:
- Whisk eggs and milk until they are combined.
- Use a knife to cut off all crusts of bread and spread Nutella on a slice of bread and put another slice of bread on top.
- Dip the bread (step 2) into egg mixture until it is all covered in the mixture, then deep fry it in pre-heated oil (low heat) until it turns to golden brown. Drizzle syrup on the toast and add strawberries.
