現在唐人街對我來說是遙遠的地方,但心裡一直很惦念這個豆沙燒餅,所以自己親手做紅豆沙蓉,從而滿足自己的味覺。奇怪是我家的老二只喜歡食西餐,他竟然愛上燒餅的糯米粉餅皮,為了滿足他要求,我彩用了花生醬和Nutella,只因他不喜歡豆沙蓉。
豆沙蓉燒餅食譜
材料:
糯米粉 200g
糖 70g
水 180ml
菜油 40g
奶粉 4g
紅豆蓉 適量
做法:
- 將糯米粉和奶粉混合, 放置在一個大碗中。
- 開大火煲水至滾,下糖和菜油至滾起,待糖溶解。
- 將糖水混合物(2)加入糯米粉和奶粉中(1),搓成滑身粉糰。
- 取一小部分粉糰略按平,包入適量紅豆蓉,慢慢收緊捏合。
- 放入預熱焗爐,用180C上下底火焗燒餅12-15分鐘。
Chinese Style Glutinous Rice Cake with Red Bean Paste
Ingredients
Glutinous Rice Flour 200g
Sugar 70g
Water 180ml
Vegetable Oil 40g
Milk Powder 4g
Red Bean Paste (alternative Nutella, peanut butter)
Directions
- Mix the glutinous rice flour and milk powder in a bowl and set aside.
- Pour the water into a pan and boil the water until it is hot, then add sugar and vegetable oil until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the water mixture into the flour, then knead the dough until it is smooth.
- Take a small dough and put some red bean paste in the middle of the dough and seal the edges and make it into a ball, then flatten it.
- Preheat the oven 200C, then bake the cake at 170C for 12 minutes using the top and bottom heat.
